Its fine to download its just a newegg post.

Use PCPartpicker.com next time though. Is our budget 1000 dollars? There is much better you can do.

What would I change to make it better?

Well if that's your budget I can build you something. Is it for gaming? Video editing?

Gaming, I want to build, just tell me parts

It's a good build. Leaves plenty of room for upgrades.

I wouldn't change anything besides the Gigabyte board simply because of the colors. I don't like Gigabyte boards. Too many different shades of blue. But that's just me.

It'll be great for gaming.

I would do what WoodenMarker suggested and read that before posting and follow the guidelines in it. Just saying.

For my pertinent links to guides, reviews, and anything similar, go here, and look under the spoiler labeled such. A brief history of Unix and it's relation to OS X by Builder.

I suggest a ~600w PSU, the Corsair TX 650 v2? Also I would also get a 7950 instead.

I'm using the 750w for updates later, @Vitalius, thoughts on 7950?

The 7950 outperforms the 760 and overclocks better. Get the 760 only if you want shadow play or need the cuda cores.

For a 7950 crossfire, a decent 750w would do and as for a 760 sli, a good 650w would suffice.

If by updates, you don't mean adding another card but more fans and drives, a single 500-600w will be plenty.

I see you sacrificed storage for a better gpu. I'm pretty sure the OP got a larger hdd for a reason.

As for the gpu, a 7970 is a cheaper option that has performance that is neck to neck with the 770.

I would stick with the 750w for updates later as you said and I prefer NZXT PSU's and cases myself.

As for the 7950, since you are planning updates later, I would stick with the GTX 760. Yes, AMD is planning to fix the frame stuttering in Crossfire with an update soon (not sure when, may have already happened), but I wouldn't trust that. When it comes to drivers for SLI/Crossfire, I don't think either side can be trusted very much to upgrade their current performance. And for SLI VS Crossfire, Nvidia's is currently better imo.

That's why I would just stick with the 760 even if a 7950 does have better price-performance ratio. You plan to upgrade, and AMD's frame latency (even on single GPU's) isn't great. It's not even good.

Not much, I did pick a larger SSD, and at the very least, he can switch out the SSD I chose, for the one he originally picked, still be under his old budget AND be able to get a 2TB storage drive. So yeah.. no.
