even in advanced settings? any type of vsync?

no vsync and don't touch anything in advanced settings AT ALL. Advance settings is super demanding.

Highly doubt you have grass on ultra and stay above 60

I do for the most part with a couple dips into really high 40s to 50s for a few seconds occasionally.

I run no vsync with all AA set to 2X MSAA as well as 2xtxaa. Everything is on very high (no ultra). No advanced settings. I never go below 60. Not even in the grass blowing up multiple choppers with a buddy. I usually stay at 78fps till I hit forest where its never gone below 62 (According to fraps And the steam fps counter). But I have had it hitch when I'm in a jet flying low over the city.

Grass on very high, adv setting max. Ms aa on 2,tx on 2 if you do msaa, i turned both off, Shadows on nvidia, grass seems to be the big killer. Mostly 60 to 85 fps in city, 45-75 fps in the hills, sub 30 fps for a brief moment, twice now with 3 days of game time almost.
