Hey, I don't know much about AMD, APUs, and low-budget PCs. After I finish my main build I intend to get another cheap computer for when friends come over and stuff, so how does this build look?

 

Budget: $300 USD

Case: NZXT Source 210($40)

PSU: Corsair CX430($45)

MoBo: Biostar A55MD2($50)

APU: A4-5300 Trinity 3.4Ghz($55)

RAM: 4GB(2x2GB) G.Skill 1333Mhz($37)

HDD: WD 500GB Blue ($60)

Total Used: $287

 

For Light Gaming(Lol, Dota 2, etc)

I try to stay away from biostar as much as possible, you should be able to get a gigabyte or asus mobo for that price.

Other than that I don't know a huge amount about apu's.
