Hello LinusTechTips community, im in a dilema right now about whether i can SLI these two grahpics cards or not. I shall explain the story

 

So my friend wasnt happy with his PC so he decided to upgrade his whole PC. Now hes old PC is in my hands with a Asus GTX650, and The exact samee Kingston RAM 2x 4GB Sticks. So my question is will i be able to SLI his GTX 650 with mine?

The GTX 650 is a card that doesn't support SLI

Any 2x GTX650s can SLI with eachother (if your motherboard supports it).

650s do not support SLI.

Make sure they have the same amount of RAM, and that your PSU has enough PCIe connectors to power everything. Your motherboard also needs to be SLI certified 

Edit: For every GPU that can SLI, follow that up there, apparently 650s don't work as Nvidia said nope.

Make sure they have the same amount of RAM, and that your PSU has enough PCIe connectors to power everything. Your motherboard also needs to be SLI certified 

650s do not support SLI.

The GTX 650 doesn't support SLI in the first place. @iKauzKaos You cannot SLI two GTX 650s together. Sorry.

650s don't do SLi besides what you've said.

The 650 doesn't support SLI. 

 

650s do not support SLI.

 

The GTX 650 doesn't support SLI in the first place. @iKauzKaos You cannot SLI two GTX 650s together. Sorry.

That gpu is not worth sliing just buy a new card like the r9 280 or r9 270x or something.

 

OP happened to have 2x GTX650s, he didn't go out to buy them.

No. It has to be another Titan X.
