Hi guys,

my CPU is overvolted to 1.315v, but sometimes (rarely and only for a short time) goes up to 1.41v... I know it's the same principle as stress tests, but how can that be fixed? I dont want to set the voltage on static...

Thank you,

EMENCII

My CPU at 4.9Ghz keeps between 1.28 and 1.35v, It's perfectly safe - I'd not worried too much about the occasional spike to 1.41v, It's not going to kill the CPU.

As he said, the CPU will just casually raise the voltage a tad. Are these spikes happening when under load? Or just randomly.

Under load, but not 100%, just rarely when gaming... (didnt try rendering)

Move to static voltage & "Enable" all C-States in Bios. Voltage will go down on idle.
