streaming/recording on second computer?

hey. i am just wondering if anybody in this forum has had any experience with secondary pc streaming or recording and i'm also wondering how it would be possible to set it up and which streaming/recording programs you guys would recommend?

and will there be any input lag if i feed the HDMI via the capture card into the Monitor?

Shadowplay if you have nividia

OBS if you have amd.

That's it.

Shadowplay is seriously the best i've used out all of them (especially the epic shadowplay function), apparently OBS has it too now but it's still laggy on obs. I only have ~1-2 fps loss with shadowplay.
