Whats the difference between the Asus STRIX GTX970 and the DCUII OC Black gtx970? I heard that the black was released later?

the asus has more alloy cooling things and the other one is apparently 30% cool , the asus is 20%

What they are both from asus so what do you mean

The DCU II is just a slightly cheaper card with a different cooler attached, compared to the Strix which has a better cooler & profile, and features a Zero RPM mode.

The DCU II is just a slightly cheaper card with a different cooler attached, compared to the Strix which has a better cooler & profile, and features a Zero RPM mode.

They both have the DCUII Cooler though

The Strix has the STRIX DCU II, which is different to the original DCU II.

I bought the DCUII original yesterday, wondering if It would be worth returning to get the strix and pay 10$ extra.?
