LAN server cant connect?

simply i thought of a simple project

one pc(dual core HT) hosts only a server and main pc(quad core) runs the game

it is a minecraft server and im using a router TP-Link TL-WR841ND v8 with dd-wrt firmware

ipconfig in cmd of dual core machine (windows xp) doesnt work so i used ip listed in router and tried connecting with the right port.

i dont have wired internet btw. but it should be fine on LAN.

i cant connect it says connection timed out. can you please help me figure out how do i connect?

 

edit: im using a server not in game open to lan function
