Computer Randomly Freezes Only When Playing Games

I have a custom built computer and ive recently run into some problems with my system freezing when playing games or watching streams. Ive checked all the drivers even formatted my hardrive and the problem persist. This leads me to believe that the problem is hardware related but everything is brand new so om not sure where to start. I have an MSI R9 290x, ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z, and an AMD FX 9590. Ive tested all my ram and the hdd and they done seem to be the problem. Thanks for any help.

Which Rosewill specifically? They make some good PSUs but also some subpar ones.

I also dont think that the PSU is the issue because it ran perfectly fine with the same components for a while. It wasnt until I formatted my hard drive originally for a different reason that this issue occu

For anyone trying to help the problem has escalated and now it freezes anytime. Even if im just sitting on the desktop.
