You do not want pleather or leather if you want to stay cool.

I would go with textile version of this chair. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00103102/#/70261145

Leather one is better value because of the 10 year warranty, but hey.

That's what I have at the moment is a leather chair from walmart (was super comfortable and decent warranty / brand)

Any other suggestions?

more foam padding doesn't necessarily equate to more comfort. But it's one of the most highly regarded chairs.

here a poll in lifehacker http://lifehacker.com/5942173/most-popular-office-chair-herman-miller-aeron

but the aeron is not Really built for People who are considerably heavy like maybe 6ft+ people or maybe someone overweight/obese since it's made with mesh a big person would considerably sink.

I'm Lean with considerable muscle mass and around 5'6" so I'm perfectly okay with this one. If you're a Big person I wouldn't consider this and move to something like

The bigger DxRacer chairs

Well it's supposed to be one of the most ergonomic feature full chair and it's under the Executive Chairs Category so that would explain the price tag.

I have a GTOmega racing seat and it's not all too comfortable for my size. I'd say I'd take the review Luke did of a seat (apologies, I forget the name) as my own as it's a very "you will sit this way and no other" kind of chair.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

I've tried/bought/owned many chairs (including dxracer) and the Herman Miller Aeron was by far the most comfortable (though it may not look it). The mesh back and seat will stay cool and apply pressure evenly. I'd say that the back being mesh is more important than the seat for cooling/comfort, so if you are looking for a cheaper option this would be the best choice: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000PWGZOI.

And if that's not cheap enough then this one (also a great value/quality chair) might be better for you: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MH55KMY or http://www.samsclub.com/prod13081038.ip

That second chair is more comfortable than the first (and the lumbar support is adjustable), but there are a couple of problems with the build quality. First and most important is the base plate, (this might have just been my chair specifically) it does this thing in which it forces the wheels (I originally thought that the wheels were the problem, but I changed them out and it made no difference) to move around all weird (bigger problem on hard floors than carpet). Lastly, and this is not that big of a deal, but the armrests (not including the part that they are connected to) felt cheap. Both of these problems can be fixed by using the compatible (in the case of the armrests you can modify new screw holes if need be) parts from your previous chairs for this one.

Hope this helped!

Budget? If you can afford it DX racers are very nice.

I can sit on it all day without any heat issues.
