Reservoir/Pump Combo help

Hi, later down the line i'll be purchasing and building a water-cooling system and was wondering whether you guys can help me choosing parts, I have only found one part so far and I would like you to tell me if thats good or needs changing.

 

Parts (I've chose what is good for my budget, if you recommend another item it'd preferably need to be around that mark)

 

(UK or EU websites or US if delivers fast and not to much costs)

 

Reservoir & Pump: EK-XRES 140 D5 - Acetal - £47

Tubing: Clear Acrylic Tubes 500mm (2 for £11) Tube Size ID 12 mm X OD 16 mm

Water/CPU Block: Not Yet Found

Fittings: Not Yet Found

 

This is my first time watercooling and not entirely sure on what to get... help!

Oh and also a 240MM Radiator (good branded such as XSPC or AlphaCool) around £30-50
