Everything looks good, but I'd recommend going with two EVGA 970s rather than ASUS. That's more of a personal preference, but I haven't heard many good things about ASUS cards...

PC: Ryzen 2600X, EVGA 1080 DT, Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 5 WiFi, Corsair 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz, EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ Gold, Phanteks  Enthoo EVOLV ATX

Peripherals: Logitech G502 HERO, Cooler Master ML510, Corsair K68 Cherry MX Red, Dell S2417DG YNY1D 24" 165HZ G-Sync 1440p, Acer XF251Q,

Audio: AKG K7XX, JBL SLR308 MKI, Scarlett 2i4 (2nd Gen), Sony MDR-7506, Shure SE-215, Audio-Technica AT2020
Server: Dell Poweredge T420 running ESXi, Hosting Plex and Automation services and misc. game servers; 2x Xeon E5-2400, 32GB ECC Memory, ~40TB Storage (Mix of SSDs and HDDs)
Network: Asus RT-AC3100 (Current), Supermicro running pfsense, 10/100/1000/10000 Netgear Switch

I would suggest dual 290x but you won't listen anyway..

I remember when I was first looking into graphics cards for my build. It took me a while to decide whether or not I'd go with AMD or Nvidia, but I think I made the right choice in the end. :P

I actually already have one of the two 970's (i'm very happy with them ;-) ) so that's why i went with another one of those ;-) thanks anyway.

ps: i'm not really a fan of EVGA's design...

Ah, I see. Preference is preference. Pat on the back for going Nvidia, though. :D

It would help to mark any parts you already have as purchased in the list as to avoid confusion.

Regarding the parts list:

No point getting aftermarket thermal paste. The h100i comes with preapplied paste. Also, why such an expensive cpu cooler for gaming?

What's with the overpriced 1080p monitors? You should be getting higher res displays with a system like that.

If you are just gaming you could drop down to an i5 4690K and Coolermaster Hyper Evo 212. You also don't need thermal paste as all coolers have their own.

The Bitfenix power supply is pretty average. Swap it for something like an EVGA Supernova G2, SuperFlower Leadex or XFX XTR.

A single GTX 970 would be enough for 1080p 60Hz. If you get a 144Hz screen or move to 1440p then you can add a 2nd card.

I seriously can't read posts from someone who's running an amd cpu with a nvidia card with a straight face. It's too funny.
