RMA question

Hi everyone I'm going to RMA for the first time is an switfech h220x pump died in one month is this box alright? Because they said to put the RMA number outside the box. I'm going to use parcelforce and is to outside the UK. Thanks.

i myself used a RMA less than a monthe ago i put the box inside a bigger box with bubble plastic and wrote the RMA number with a big-fat waterproof pencil

Write down the RMA on a piece of paper and shove it in a plastic sleeve. TAPE THAT MOFO UP

Thanks for your reply the box is almost same size as the box inside maybe 2 cm less so should be alright I think
