Z87 Hero or Sabertooth?

Which is the best Mobo out of these two (Maximum VI Hero or Sabertooth), will be used for gaming and video editing with a 4770K

Honestly, I would go for the Hero because thermal armor does look nice but actually doesn't help your board at all. At the same time the Hero is 30 euros cheaper where I live. Take which ever is cheaper. You can't go wrong with either but as I said thermal armor is useless. :) I will be buying the Hero for my own build soon.

Well what is the colour scheme of your rig could influence your choice. Red for the Hero board and Deseret or Camo stuff for the Sabertooth

The only reason why I would suggest maybe consider the Sabertooth is that NewEgg has a pretty good promo going on right now involving it, you can get the Sabertooth Mobo + 4770k for $489.  I think it ends today though.

I would get the Hero because of SupremeFX audio.
