Drop the AV, MSE is fine and free.. I would suggest a better (but possibly lower wattage) PSU, and try squeeze in a SSD if possible.

/would that cpu work well for games like beamNG drive? How does it compare to the 4690? Plus we are getting the cpu from another friend for $150 as he wants an i7 for video editing. and is the h81m good enough, what features would be missing?

No idea. It's pretty solid though.

The 4690 is 300mhz faster. If it's worth the extra $30 for you, I'd go for it. However you'd have to buy a different motherboard, so you'd be looking at another $xx there as well.

I doubt you'd notice much difference, especially in game play. GPU plays a bigger roll.
