Gtx 970 sli problems

Hello guys! I recently got my computer up and running and i have sli'd 2 EVGA 970's. And some games have horizontal thick blue lines going across the screen that flicker and some games have no issue AND its only when i have sli enabled. I have moved around the sli bridge and it stays the same and i have tried moving the cards to different slots, but all of my sad attempts put me right back where i started. I would like to be able to use both cards on all my games so i don't need to keep enabling and disabling it. thank you guys.

Have you tried a different SLI bridge? If not do so. Also re install drivers.
