I've been upgrading my system piece by piece for months and it has been going smoothly. I've bought Asus X99-s, an intel i7 5820k, new RAM sticks, a GTX 970.. And as for this month I got another 970, 2 new SSDs and a new PSU. I will not buy anything more since I feel satisfied with this build. But this month, today, as I was struggling with getting all the cables on point and fixing whatever I had to do everything is TERRIBLY slow.

My system takes about 20 minutes to boot, it says "Overclocking failed" as I try to start it. Once I got in to it I fixed my SSDs and that's as far as I got until I can't get in to my desktop anymore. It automatically throws me in to BIOs and I can't seem to do anything about it. I can asure you that everything is connected correctly as everything actually works when I finally get in. Though I am a little bit frustrated, I'm new with building my own, this is my first build ever. I understand alot and have overcome the problems that have occurred to me earlier but I really can't find a solution to this.

I've been waiting a good 20 minutes now again as I try to boot and I don't think I'll get anywhere.

Please guys, help me. I really want to use my new stuff!

EDIT:
I'd like to say that when I finally manage get in to desktop my keyboard and mouse are VERY unlikely to work. They work i bios however.

Reset your BIOS.

Unplug everything but necessary drives and devices.

See how fast it boots then.

Also, is this a clean fresh install of windows on one of the SSD's?

Should I unplug my new SSDs as well?

My plan is to move windows to one of the SSDs, yes.

Here's a tip I found worked a few times with some of my friends' PCs. Go barebones. Disconnect the GPU and plug the the display cord to the mobo and disconnect every single SATA device except for your boot drive. Disconnect every fan except for the heatsink fan (if you can plug in the stock heatsink). Disconnect all but one RAM stick/try it in all the slots and try to get the PC to work.

If it still isn't working, there's something wrong with either CPU, board, Windows, or RAM.

If it is working, add in what you removed previously step-by-step until the fault happens again, hopefully you find the culprit then.

This is all hardware stuff, of course try software fixes such as drivers and all that as well.

You'll have to use the GPU then as part of your barebones set-up. For the mouse and keyboard thing, try plugging them on a USB 2.0 slot instead of a 3.0 if you're not already. From what I've read on the OP this seems to be a Windows fault because the KB+M drivers are working in the BIOS but not in the OS. If it was me I'd try to reinstall the OS. If you do decide to do that, only plug in the drive you're installing Windows on (preferably the SSD) and do a clean reinstall.

Thing is that I cant even reach Windows at the moment. I am planning to put it in my SSD but since reaching windows seem pointless Im out of ideas
