noop deadline row cfq test-iosched which one is the best for battery, performance and a good compromise between the two

test-iosched should be removed... ROW is the best for performance, CFQ and noop are the best for batter life. Personally I use BFQ, or SIO

The later 2 are a good compromise between performance and SIO. If you don't have those 2, just stick with CFQ
