im getting my i5 4440 temps (stock fan) while gaming on 52~57C , this is fine and i shouldn't worry about it?

Don't get worried until you start seeing temps get to 80c. That is pretty much the perfectly safe threshold. 90c is danger zone.

actually my fx 6300 was always on 48~50C underload i dun even know how
