MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Asrock Z97 Extreme3, Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3, Asus Z97-A, or better models from either of the brands. Go for particular features you need, looks you prefer (if any), and the lowest price.

 

The cheapest Z97 boards have weak VRMs that aren't entirely trustworthy for overclocking a Core i7-4790K.

i'd recommend the z97-A from asus. only because i've used it and overclocking on it is really easy. it is a great board, well worth looking into.
