I currently have a h80i, and I am currently looking at upgrading it from it to either h100i or ORIGIN PC Frostbyte 240 or 360. I currently have the NZXT H440 case in White/Black. Another question that I have is how should I remove the current applied thermal compound, or should I even? Thanks!

Bonus question: Do you guys advise any LED lights for case moding? If so, what ones?

Yes you should always remove and reapply thermal paste.

For wiping: something that'll leave as few filaments or pieces as possible. I like coffee filters.

For cleaning solution: alcohol with as high a % as you can get. 99% Isopropyl for me.

Dab some alcohol on the coffee filter, wipe paste off the CPU, little at a time, repeat.

One thing to be aware of with the H440, when you mount AIOs in the roof, they often get choked for air, and you get high temperatures.  The only way to fix this is to remove the top panel, which defeats the purpose of the case in the first place.  You might want to stick with what you have.
