I would like to run gta 5, assassins creed unity, batman arkham knight, and the witcher 3 all maxed out settings 

any thing should i change?

You're spending money on the wrong parts. Get a better display first. Getting the most powerful system in the world still won't give you that good of a gaming experience if you're using a crappy monitor.

If you really want to play at higher settings, you could bump up to a 600B1 and 980.

Good build, but in this price range an SSD is really recommended.
