Not a realistic budget. Lowest ca.pcpartpicker price for i5-4690K is ~CA$285. Lowest price Z97 motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3P at ~CA$110 with an MIR.

I was able to come in at $406 Can. not too unrealistic but you are giving up some nice features to get that low. Also, having to use the stock cooler till you can afford a better one. I was in a situation when I bricked my old motherboard and had to buy just an I3 2100 and cheapo MB/ram (old system was ddr2) just to get playing again. Funnily enough my new I3 gamed better than my old Q6600 on the game I was playing at that time.

MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition + I5 4690K for only $320 with combo. Thats what I'm getting right now, but on newegg they sold out already.
