$800 PC

My friend is planning to build a PC and has $800 to spend (-$100 on Windows). Is this a good build? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rRcp4D

If anyone has a better build feel free to post it below. Thanks!

more than i5 4460 is unnecessary, but yea its a good build, besides the cheapo Corsair PSU

All looks good, PSU really makes me cringe a bit though.

I would spend a few dollars more to get this. The CPU is unlocked, though I took out the cooler. I replaced the motherboard with one I think is a slightly better value. I also replaced the PSU with a nicer one.

If you are not over clocking, you should get a h97 board and save yourself some money. I dont understand what is wrong with the psu though..

If you're not overclocking then the stock CPU cooler should do just fine.He could get just a simple H mobo as well and end up with this :
