building a new pc

well not an entire pc i have a decent mid-tower(coller mastercm 690) and 750watts psu also a hard drive and ssd so we are only talking about the big 4 mother board,cpu, gpu and ram.

after seeing the scrapeyard wars i realized using 2nd hand items would be a hell of alot cheaper so i've researched stuff and made a word document with different builds in it which i will attach, it will be hard to understand what im talking about without it link: http://www.freeuploadsite.com/do.php?id=70070,its a microsoft docx file so chances of viruses is probably zero not that i understand much.

i've listed the prices i've found and basicly i want to ask which of this builds would u buy? ive coppied the list over here:

 

option 0: intel core i5-4590 +12gigs of ddr3 1333mhz ram+MSi H97M-E35+gpu raedon r9 290 for 1972 shekel

option 2.1.2: 4690k+ dual 16gram+nvidia gtx 970 price:3074 gpu from America comes with a free copy of Witcher 3 another 60$,235 shekel value so an effective price of:2839

option 3.1.1: i7 4790k+ dual 16gram+r9-290 price:2978 Cpu from America

prices are in shekels because im from Israel

frankly, i believe that option 0 is so cost effective that it is the best one and it should be able to run games on high for atleast 2-3 years and worst cast scenario I will switch it then. The mother boards if u think the motherboards i chose aren't good ill be glad for hearing you advice on that because i dont realy understand anything about them.

The word document lists all the different components where i wana buy them from and the prices i've found Yad 2 means second hand in hebrew.

So what im asking you guys is which one would u take what do u think about the motherboards (those are the cheapest i could find but they are not second hand) and also if u can tell me the differences between the i5 4590/4670k/4690k/ i7 4790k in form of preformance i'd be glad, the word document will show u the prices ive found for each of those so maybe those prices will explain to you better for example why im even considering the 4590 ( i get it for 800 shekels with 12 gigs of ram while the 4670k is 700 shekels without ram and the i7 i have to buy from amazon for around 1300 shekels no ram) sorry this post is very rumbly and non coherent hope u guys understand me.

get the option 0 with 8 gigs of ram. going to a 4440 or 4460 and a H81 board would help or even going 1155 with an i5 and an H61 board and putting the rest of the money towards a graphics card would be an option too.

option 0 i failed to mention is a bundle of i5 4590 and 12 gigs of ram for 800 shekels(second hand) thats why i cant go 8, and i have a great deal for the r9 290 for 750 shekel second hand while an nvidia gtx 970 which i assume u want me to aim for will come at around 1250 shekel( can only get from america or its much more money) which is almost twice as much so im just not sure if its worth it.
