New Fans or 5.25 Fan Controller

So I recently got the Rosewill Rise case (very awesome case btw)  and the internal 9 hub fan hub is powered by a molex plug , thus making all the fans run at max RPM.

I was deciding on whether or not i should just buy new fans, specifically the Antec Truequiet 120/140,  since they have a built in speed controller, or just buy a 5.25 fan controller.

 

They both end up at the same price range since the Truequiets are $8-$9 each and buying six (3 120 front/ 2 140 top /120 back for rad) would get me to $50

Fan controllers like the Lamptron FC5 V2 are more along the lines of what I'm looking for to match the case.

TrueQuiets are very quiet but they don't move much air.

Where are you shopping/located? There may be better alternatives available.
