With baseclock, but it's barely anything.

You can pull the base clock up to maybe 101Mhz, but the multiplier is locked on the non-k i5-4460 skew.

Increasing the BClock, though that is probably not supported, my h87 has quite a few ocing features, though sadly no bclock :(
