Gaming CPU or GPU

I didn`t know where to post, so i came here. 

Should i go for a new cpu or a new gpu?

Actual gpu : Asus gts 570 direct CUii

Actual cpu: i3 2100

I am playin` gta v on really good setting with this rig, but I want more.

a new gpu would be great.

 

how much spending money do you have and where are you located?

-give full specs

-tell us what resolution/refresh rate you're playing at

-give a budget

-give a location

-write a title that has at least SOMETHING to do with the question you're asking

-follow your topics
