I have two computers, my main gaming rig and a home console PC. I am looking to transfer large quantities of data between them quickly. Using flashdrives is too tedious and I want a quicker easier way. Can I use a male to male usb cable to transfer my data from one pc to the other?

just connect the 2 computers via ethernet
