GPU confusion

Hello! In the near future I will build my first beast. I was trying to find the perfect GPU for the job since I want as many frames as possible. Where I live (in central Europe) there are some price drops on GPU´s since stuff here costs like 20% more than in the Americas. :C First I wanted to get a Gigabyte R9 280X for 280EUR and then I saw that there was a MSI and an ASUS R9 290 for 340 EUR and after that I saw that ASUS also haves a R9 290X (standard not OC edition) for 344 EUR at first I was like that R9 290X sure is cheap since all of the other ones cost 450 EUR. But then I saw that they also have a R9 290X DirectCU II OC adn I got verry confused. So witch one is now the best for the money. I have a 1000 EUR budget for the PC adn things here cost 20 or more EUR more than they cost in America and other countries. There also is no PCPartPicker or Amazon witch is verry sad and I keep crying all the time because of it. (sorry for mystypes). TY for the help
