Will I be able to ultra out games for quite a while or should I just buy a high end card straight away?

You can't even ultra Crysis 3, Metro LL, and Tomb Raider right now.

The 7870 xt can go ultra on tomb raider so the 760 should be able to to. The more common games should be fine. Crysis and metro are more of the extreme tier games however I have the feeling that many future games will match their level of graphics due to the next gen consoles.

Sry, when i said ultra on TB, i meant Ultimate preset. :P

I meant going into the settings and ramping up things from there. My fps isnt as high as this chart shows. Might be due to my i3 as its a bottleneck as my performance is just about the 7790 with everything as high as possible, i hate the presets as they are dumb and they dont max completely everything.

Don't worry, that chart is made up by the reviewer. Shame on them. 760 can run it over 60fps with FXAA though.
