Personally I would get a better motherboard. K-series CPU are for overclocking which you can't do with the B85 chipset. If you stick with that motherboard, get a non K-series CPU. If you want to overclock, get a Z87 motherboard.

If you're just gaming you could save some money by getting an i5 4670 / K. It performs pretty much the same as the i7 4770 for gaming

Also, I would get a less powerful power supply. 600W should be plenty

my budget is very tight, once i get more money il buy H100i and Z87. then start overclocking.

but, which z87 motherboard would you recommend?

I would wait until you can afford the motherboard because there is really no point in wasting money on a cheap board and then upgrading a short time afterwards. Wait that little bit longer so that you save money in the long run  :)

CPU: AMD FX-8350 | CPU Cooler: H80i | Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 | RAM: 8GB Kingston Beast 1866MHz

Case: Define R4 | GPU: Gigabyte GTX 780ti | PSU: Corsair CX600M | SSD: 250GB Samsung 840 EVO

.... and a Partridge in a pear tree!

For $150 maybe a Gigabyte GA Z87 HD3

For $200 maybe an MSI Z87 G45

Pretty much anything from ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI or AsRock are decent choices. Just choose which one has the features you need

Get an Z87 G45 from msi for the motherboard , also change the PSU out for an corsair TX650M (750 watts is just super overkill for this build , even 650 watts is but hey you can add another 770 in the future so why not.) Also GET AN SSD , that is what will make your pc run snappy and generally ''fast'' your pc will boot in under 10 seconds and it'll be much nicer than an HDD .For the SSD i recoomend a Crucial M4 Great choice and really affordable ;) .

I hope i've helpd you with your build and make sure to post pics in the build log section of the forum :P

What's this computer going to be used for? If you're just gaming, an i7 won't be any better than an i5.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
