I currently have GTX 760. I was thinking of upgrading it end of this year, or start of the next year.

Should i buy next generation graphics cards when they come or this generation?

My budget is 250-350e, any ideas? :)

wait for R9 300 series?

AMD's 300-series when it launches, a 290X, or a GTX 970.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

It depends on what your target is. Are you going for high res or just 1080p? If you're just looking for something faster than a 760 at 1080p, you don't really need much, but any upgrading you do, I'd recommend waiting for the AMD 300 series.

Im currently using only 1080p, i could want to use 1440p tho. So you think 970 is still enough next year? I could maybe get AMD 300series, but i really prefer NVIDIA GTX series, when was those new GTX's launching?

Well for 1080p, you don't really need an upgrade unless you're having lower fps in certain games. Do you have any problems playing any specific games?

I've got no clue, haven't heard anything about new GTX cards.

Well not really any problems, i can like every game with 60fps, if i just lower the settings a bit.

But i have some serious fps drops in GTA5 but it should be game related issue. But i really want to play upcoming games with 60fps solid, with best graphics :D

Btw any information about AMD 300 series? I want to read some info of them.

Well in that case, you don't really need an upgrade and I don't see a point at all unless you're getting new 1440p monitors. I'd hold off until the 300 series comes out, there are reviews of it, and Nvidia has time to respond as well. Any news right now about R9 300 cards is purely speculation, by the way :)

I would recommend a 290 or 290x. (Not a huge difference between the two.)

Alternatively the 970 is a decent option.
