Well I use all 3 of my screens with the 5760x1080 resolution and I love the amount of desktop space I can multitask with, so going down to 2560x1440 would suck unless I had 2 monitors :S

how much are the ones you're talking about? + do you have a link?

Why not get something like this then http://www.amazon.com/AOC-29-inch-IPS-Q2963PM-21/dp/B00BOEUQZK

It would be about the same as having two monitors without a bezel. I actually kinda want one but I'm not sure I want to give up 120hz.

As for the 1440p monitors that overclock. You'd be looking around $600 or $800 for the PerfectPixel one. The PerfectPixel is guaranteed to not have any dead pixels and I think lightbleed. I have one of them and it's flawless and I paid $850 at the time for mine. Worth every penny!

I'm not going to spend 800$ on a monitor no matter what it is.. lol I don't have the money leftover to spend that much.

What I'm gonna do is sell my RS account, 2 of my vg248qe's and use some money my parents owe me to buy a 900D+ 1 of those qnix 2560x1440's then sell the other vg248qe when it shows up and buy the second one

Why not buy the monitor I listed? High res and a wide FOV.

I don't like that look, it's just to stretched out thats why I haven't been playing 5760x1080 alot lately, it looks good for bf3/ skyrim/ driving games, but black ops 2/ league of legends/ cod 4/ doesn't look that great on it and I don't even have 3d glasses yet so I don't use that either :/

People say it's not stretched. I don't think it's stretched till you get to the wider resolutions.

It's not 3D as far as I know

IPS is LGs tech and PLS is Samsungs..Samsung did not want to use ips..Plus they said they made some improvements over IPS but i don't think there is any difference..I have heard a few people say that PLS has blacker blacks but who knows..

o i was thinking PLS was TN, got confused lol.  PLS still has the same features, like the 178 degree viewing thing and the very high color reproductions right?

(when I built my PC I just got the highest specced response time+hz + 3d lol)
