$3000 Gaming PC

I'm looking to build a PC for gaming at 1440P. It should be able to run recent and upcoming games at 60 FPS min. The budget is only for the PC and doesn't include any peripherals. Also the budget is in US Dollars. Looking to run two moniters at once. 1 for gaming and the other for small tasks. I won't be building this PC until June so I can wait for the upcoming Nvidia and AMD GPUs. I don't want to upgrade this build for atleast 2 years after building it so please keep that in mind. Also this is my first PC so I'm going to be buying all the parts.

No real point putting together a parts list now, since it will all probably change in June

 

However, for that budget you can easily hit 1440p, probably even look into a 4k build or 144hz 1440p easily!!

 

Your budget will not be an issue for you :) but you should come back when you are ready to buy as a list now really wont mean much a few months down the road
