After quite a while I have finally gotten around to learning the basics of parts and I was able to put this list together. Initially, my budget was set for $1500-ish. It clearly did not go well but I am willing to go over as I don't want to have any regrets (I don't know if that sounds....bad). Anyways if you think I might have any problems with part compatibility or anything you believe should be pointed out, go ahead and let me know. Quick basic rundown of what I plan on using this PC for: - Gaming (CS:GO, GTA V, etc.) - Video Editing (AE, Premiere Pro, C4D, 3DS Max) - AutoCAD (I don't really think it's that reliant on strong processing power right?) - "Other Stuff" (Word Processing, little things like that)

Note: Kind of just copied my reddit post so sorry if it sounds odd :P

Change the 960 out for at least a 970 if you wanna go GTA 5. The rest looks pretty good.

The main problem here is money :C I can go with the 970 because I know for a fact that CS:GO wont be the only game I would wanna play. But I do occasionally edit videos and such so an i7 would be really worth having. Any suggestions?

You are right. However, do you edit lots of video like daily? Anyway, are you overclocking your cpu? if not, you might as well choose the non K version and change the mobo. From there you can save some money. If you are overclocking, I would recommend after market cooler. If you want to overclock it as well as have a high specs to do all the things you want, you might need to save more first. Or maybe other guys here can help you to pick up specs that will fit your budget. :)
