Nope. If I could go back in time and not get Pros, I would. Get the EVO.

Really? I've heard EVO has less than 50% of PRO's p/e cycles..

The specified number is indeed half... but that being said, there are samsung SSDs that have several petabytes written to them before they fail. In some cases, the consumer (Evo) can outlast the pros.

I have an evo and a pro, in just average day to day use, they perform the same. I only got the pro for my server that's on 24/7 because of the 10 year warranty... But still, I'm sure the 5 year warranty will be enough to cover you until you upgrade
