i need a computer (server) that can run a plex server and team speak server all day and night. 

could some one help me make a cheep build because i don't know where to start.

 

under £750

should it run windows 7 or 8?

want a small case

should i use ecc ram?

maybe run a game server like minecraft or tf2

has a lot of storage
