Call them and tell them.  If it's one of their modems, they can probably check when and how long it's been offline.  at least my ISP keeps logs like that.

I already called them

and they said that the signal blablabla is fine / normal

Your ISP is probably conducting tests in their upgraded network. It should be fine after a couple of days.

try to reset the modem and your router to defaults

 

the router is suppose to provide your PC the IP address

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
