windows loading screen stuck

i was playing on my pc and i wanted to play a game which is a iso file so i downloaded magiciso and it didnt recognize on my pc so i wanted to delete it and it had some errors in the meanwhile then i decided to reboot my pc and it got stuck at shutting down now it gets stuck at windows loading and it wont read any discs as i tried putting windows 7 in and reinstall it keeps going to the windows starting and the boot priority is the dvd reader p1 and the harddisk p0 (zero) and it also doesn;t recognizes the dvd reader im stucxk i have no idea what to do now

can you go into safe mode?

if you were to leave your computer, how long does it get "stuck" at the logo for? like over +5min? 

 

and if your dvd drive doesn't work, see if you can use usb to load the OS instead.

Usually if someone is stuck, use WD40, I recommend that, about $5 at your local supermarket or hardware store.

it loads the cd now somehow after reset reset reset now i need to install it again and probably pull out my gpu and install it from the onboard video card sigh now its loading with the gpu last time it only failed wish me luck -.-
