Tons of people have this in their pictures sometimes in build logs/overclocking tests etc.

 

WHERE DO I GET IT :(?

 

Edit: Can you only use gadgets on win 7 ult?

That's a Windows gadget.

Just a heads up, there was talk about the Windows gadget feature having security problems and could be prone to attack.

Do I need win7 ult? If i rightclick my desktop there isn't a gadget option

do you have windows 7 starter or windows 8?

 

Windows 8 dropped widgets, Windows 7 should have them

Windows 8 dropped widgets, Windows 7 should have them

mate it's so weird... Windows 7 starter doesn't have the ability to change wallpaper... but does have gadgets o.O crazy huh!

 

Windows 7 Starter edition comes with one desktop background, which can't be changed or customized.

I few minutes of Googling around and there are a couple fixes to that so it would be to bad, When I had Windows 7 it was Ultimate so I didn't worry about that lol

Windows 7 still has widgets, albeit a small selection of them. There's no longer a widget database like it used to be.

indeed, I remember when my mate got a TON of them on his desktop XD he didn't even know what all of them were... he just kept trying tons of them, this was when I still had Windows XP so... I watched in awe at the Aero themes and gadgets :) then when i finally got Windows 7, there database was gone and I was sad :( XD

where? on my comp with win 7 ult i can rightclick desktop and gadgets are right there, I have windows 7 professional, if I right click it doesnt show a gadget menu
