are you sure you want a low end gpu? it'll work fine yes, but it's rather bad performance to dollar ratio. 

 

unless you're on tight budget or the pc is not for gaming only for office etc. light tasks, then go for 260x from amd, or something like that, will give you a ton more performance for no that much more.

my budget is small about 90-80 Euros

Look around the used market, you may be able to get an R7 265 or R9 270 for that much.

I'm from Lithuania

For an Nvidia card, go for a 650 or 750

For an AMD card, go for an R7 250 or better
