TV Recommendations?

So I have been doing a tiny bit of research tonight, and I am terrible at doing so apparently because I cant seem to find a TV of my preference without it being pretty expensive.   Perhaps I should get some insight from you guys on pricing for TV's? Eh, Ill take what I can get.   

Right now, I am looking for a TV for my PC build and for my consoles (mostly for the PC really). I only really need 1080p, I feel like 120hz is necessary for my build, and my personal preference is LED but any choice of monitor will do. For size, I would really like between 30" and 46", and I think its fairly well known that having the least amount of input lag possible would be a beautiful thing.  :lol: Seriously though, I am open to pretty much anything as long as it is under $1000. That's where I feel really in danger. A lot of TVs I've been seeing are $1200-1400 with those preferences and I'm really hoping someone else knows a monitor that is cheaper than that which has the same situation going on. If not, then maybe I will have to go the distance and raise the budget up a little bit.
