My specs are on my profile and in my sig. 

 

i have been going hard at the youtube/twitch thing and i have been having a issue with my pc making a low sound whenever i record any audio from my mic.

 

is there any easy things that will help quiet a system. 

CPU- Intel i9 9900k | Motherboard- ASUS ROG Strix Z390-I | RAM- Kingston HyperX 32GB | GPU- Nvidia 2080ti Reference

Case- NCase v6.1 | Storage- x2 2tb WD m.2  | PSU- Corsair SF750 | Cooling- NZXT Kraken X52

Get bigger fans that run at low rpm.  Add slow spinning fans to any of the optional fan mount locations.  Also, is your Corsair H60 pretty noisy?  might need to swap it out for either NZXT X61 Kraken, or one of those big Noctua heatsinks.  

 

Sound dampening foam in the case can help.  The thicker the better (just be careful not to impede airflow).

I would say first thing reducing noise at the source so getting quieter fans and components, another is suspending HDD which can remove humming noises.
