You are definitely looking at loss in performance of the second GPU. To be honest, about 10% loss, and that aint cool

Oh yes, as long as your mobo supports corssfire and you are fine loosing a bit of performance it's all good!

to answer your second question, no you don't get 6 gb of ram. the way crossfire works is that the gpus work separately so you get the same 3 gb of ram.

The ram is mirrored so it's effectively 3GB even though all 6GB is used.
