[EU] Notebook for photo and video editing: budget 500-650 Euros

Hi!
As the title says, I'm going to buy a new notebook soon, and unfortunately I don't have enough money to buy one without compromises.
I will use photoshop and premiere pro

 

Right now I have restricted the choice between

 

Lenovo Thinkpad E540 with i5-4210M, 4GB dd3, 7200 rpm HDD and nvidia GT 740M 2GB

 

and

 

Fujitsu Lifebook AH544 with i7-4702MQ, 8GB ddr3, 5400 rpm HDD and nvidia GT 720M 2GB

 

Any suggestions? Which One should I prefer? Other options?
