So I have been all over the web for a good microphone,And I have found the ATR 2100

as for that microphone,I couldent find if I rather should buy a Fur or Foam Windscreen,I do not mind that fur takes 10 to 15 bucks more.

and I also have another question: what are the advantages and disadvantages of useing a Windscreen and a Pop filter toghter?

(I didnt find information about this on google,so im going straight for the forums)

I'm not an expert on microphones by any means, but I think that a pop filter is basically just a directional windscreen, and a windscreen does that for the entire microphone. The windscreen also probably reduces audio fidelity a bit compared to a pop filter, due to its thickness, and what it's designed to do. As for fur vs. foam, I would guess that the fur is easier to clean once it gets dirty? (I have no idea whatsoever about that though, I'm totally talking out my bum for that one.)

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)

Windscreens are generally not needed depending on the use if you are going to be at a desk and not doing much for outdoor use I say skip it, Windscreens are generally a pain to put on since they are smaller than the mic head so it is harder to fall off. I would recommend a pop filter for indoor outdoor use either.
