Laptop network issues

so a laptop i got from the mail came in and the hard drive was unplugged (which i fixed) but then when i turned it on and set it up it wouldnt connect to any networks. Not even directly plugging it into my router. Is this a hardware problem? Can i just take it apart and plug something back in? Or is this a problem i cant fix?

I do realize hard drive has nothing to do with internet i just put that in to show that something may be unplugged or damaged

Ok it shows theyre there but there are no drivers for them and idk how to install them without internet

When i have that problem, I go to another pc and download the installer onto a flash drive

You need to download the network drivers specifically for that laptop on to a USB or CD-RW and then install them its a tedious thing to do, but if you get the right drivers it should work fine.
