wifi wont work

so here is what happened:

i turned off my pc and after about 5 minutes of no display outputs the fans were still running so i fliped the switch on the psu, then it booted just fine but when i look for wifi it doesnt detect any network

i have inspected my antennas and nothing is wrong

done, and it works fine on my ipod, also i usually can detect my neighbors networks but those arent there either
