So my brother just got a tv from his friend and hes is trying to run it a a single monitor and he is using the 750ti for this screen but the qualty is terrible and it a 1080p tv with a resoultution of 1920x1080p

im not totally aware of what that is but its like the text is blurred like it omost look like 720p

TVs are terrible with text. NVIDIA GPUs also don't compensate for TV overscan. Can you tell if you desktop is slightly extending off the screen? Perhaps maximize a window and see if the edges are getting cut off?

the edges were getting cut off, but i resized it. I had this problem with my last screen but dont remeber how i fixed it.

Resizing from the computer's end uses interpolation algorithms which is probably what's causing the main problem here. You need to go into the actual TV's menu and adjust scan settings, change it to "just scan" or "1:1" and then undo the resizing from the computer.

yea I've tried finding those settings but there's no settings there besides picture which is just contrast, brightness etc....
